SSL It! 1.19.0

  • + Added full support for short-lived certificates. SSL It! now offers both a manual and an automatic reissue flows, making sure your certificates stay valid for the entire subscription period.

  • + New CLI Commands for SSL/TLS Management

    We made certificate management in Plesk more flexible and more powerful by adding several new options to the plesk ext sslit CLI command. Those options are disabled by default, and can be enabled by setting the corresponding feature flags in the panel.ini file, under the [ext-sslit] section:

    Issue Certificates with DANE Support

    Enable with:

    [ext-sslit]
    allowIssueDaneCertificatesInCLI = true

    Usage example: `plesk ext sslit --certificate -issue -domain -registrationEmail -secure-domain -secure-mail -dane`. This command creates a certificate and a pending order with DANE DNS records for mail security. Complete the installation with: `plesk ext sslit --certificate -issue -domain -continue`.

    Secure the Plesk Panel via CLI

    Enable with:

    [ext-sslit]
    allowSecurePanelInCLI = 1

    Usage example: `plesk ext sslit --secure-panel -issue`. Generates and applies a new SSL/TLS certificate to secure the Plesk interface.

    Manage “Keep Websites Secured” Configuration

    Enable with:

    [ext-sslit]
    allowKeepSecuredInCLI = 1

    Usage example: `plesk ext sslit --keep-secured-configuration -enable -domain -secure-mail -aliases -secure-webmail -secure-www`. Updates the “Keep Secured” settings for a domain. You can also enable or disable the entire feature: `plesk ext sslit --keep-secured -enable -domain`.

    Retrieve Certificate Information via CLI

    Enable with:

    [ext-sslit]
    allowCertificateInfoInCLI = 1

    Usage example: `plesk ext sslit --certificate -info -domain`. Displays detailed information about the certificate and the secured components for the specified domain.
